Ummmmm actually that's not even close to being accurate. There is no "mining permit" issued for NBRI's Fraser River project, unless you can produce evidence of one. The only thing I find that has been issued as of 2013 is this:

Also you make light of the HIA process which surprises me because of your self-proclaimed expertise. It is a lengthy, expensive process which has a marginal success rate. Just to the west of NBRI's Fraser River claims is one of the largest Heritage Trail sites in the area established under the MUA with First Nations, maybe you are aware of that document?

If a determination is made that the project is denied due to Heritage issues it is highly unlikely that the Government would pay NBRI anything being that the Heritage determination on adjacent sites proceeds the request for determination on NBRI's claims.

I would love to see this "mining permit" though. Please post a link. TYIA.
