Price needs to get back above 1 cent per share, MMs are the only who can short buy under 1 cent. 3. The Company needs to do a buy back to uplift price and reduce A/S. 4. Stop using shares for Company Expenses and Loans. 5. Pay the $100k for the Attorney and Auditor to uplift the company to full reporting status. 6. Provide the Share Structure and remove the "gag" order on the TA. 7. Release the new SH products promised to shareholders to have been released last year.
