Newmednewswire 01/28/2015.....

Shares of McDonalds plummet today as the announcement of the sudden resignation of Ronald McDonald was announced. "It is with great sadness yet open mindedness that we announce the resignation of the greatest hamburger peddler the world has ever known", stated the McD CEO.

Mr McDonald went on to state, "As much as I've enjoyed being the Nom de Plume for this corporation for the last few decades, I've always felt the need to be more a part of day to day operations. An opportunity that I feel I can embrace wholeheartedly has recently presented itself to me through a medical marijuana company called CenBiotech."

When pressed further Mr. McDonald said "As a fellow clown, I don't think we get the kind of respect from the upper tier markets as we do on the OTC and I am proud to join along with the rest of my fellow brethren down here. When Mr Chaaban presented me the opportunity to be the new CEO of this wonderful circus then I felt at one with myself again. They're going to let me do all the conference calls and interviews that I feel I need to be part of and fly me around the world to boot! I'm eating sushi sprinkled with gold leaf dammit, the Hamburgler doesn't know what he's missing."

When asked about the reply the McD CEO stated, "Ronald and I had discussions about him giving shareholder presentations and I expressed how I thought that it wasn't a very good idea. After hearing of negotiations with the other company I frankly told him he had gone Chaabonkers."

But some analysts see it as a win win for both. One was quoted as saying, "If ol' Ron can recapture the magic that sold all that junk food then, just imagine what it can be with cannabis today? The two in the morning 10 Big Mac runs could be coming back in a big way and who on earth doesn't love those delicious fries? Stoners equal sales", he said.

Bill Chaaban was unavailable for comment but Mr McDonald said that, " I am doing all the talking now, come on and pick on a clown your own size."

Mr. Clean, Mr. Goodwrench, Michelin Man, Aunt Jemima and the Coppertone Girl were all unavailable for comments.
The yellow M&M was quoted as being "all in" at the time of this release...
