"Either the company is real or it's not, there is no in between"

There is nothing but in between. Otherwise there would be no debate. So far there is nothing of substance to support the notion that there is a functioning company beyond one man, a Nevada registration and a grey market ticker...so it would be case closed if it was black and white.

Something has brought back Reid, or at the very least some close to him, to expending energy on this ticker over two years past its suspension. Some surmise it is a few larger stockholders that have a very strong interest in getting some volume to be able to unload...and Reid is supporting the effort for some reason. Others think it is Reid trying to keep hope alive so he can continue to sell TRII shares into the market.

Frankly neither fits neatly.

But the Form 10 and 211 are key. What exactly happened? The ONLY way an existing investor can even mildly hope to recoup an investment is for this stock to get back to quoted trading...and the failure on both the Form 10 and 211 front makes that highly doubtful.

Personally I doubt any detailed explanation will be forthcoming...and the debate on this board will continue long past the AGM...it's what Internet message boards do. The "debate" is never over...it eventually just withers away.
