Wasn't it suppose to be important for Reid to expose the evil NSS conspiracy? Apparently Reid believes tweets about a SH Party in NYC is more important than immediately revealing the numbers to the market.

The question isn't whether KMAG is a real company or not. It has a Nevada business license. By definition it's real as it exists as a business entity. The question is what is verifiable about Reid's past claims? Need a Form 10, with embedded audited financials. Which Reid refuses to provide. No SH Party in NYC required. Just file with EDGAR. Without it, nothing can be verified about KMAG.
