Must be nice to have an excuse for the stock, but that's not what I see.
I see more sellers than buyers.

And why would it be manipulated? To create another "buying opportunity" so the smart ones can grab more "cheap" shares?
Sorry, that logic doesn't work because if it were true, there's been enough volume over the years that PPHM shares would already be in strong hands and obviously the stock is NOT in strong hands.
