No doubt in a pennystock like pphm, the boiler room fringe players can move the stock around and make some money (manipulation) But the idea that the science could be 90-100% solid and the market is ignorant/ignoring/being safe whatever is unlikely at best. Clearly the consensus is that Sunrise is quite a bit less than a sure thing by the numerous players that do this for a living.
