Terra Energy Resources (TRRE)

I was afraid of this. Thankfully I only hold a few shares.

With the A/S of 500 million and the O/S of 484 million, I held back from taking a bigger position.

If rumor is correct that TRRE is going to make an acquisition, they will need additional O/S shares. It is obvious that they had little room to do this at the current share structure (pre split).

The good news is the O/S for the company will be about 484,000. If shares are issued for an acquisition, as some have speculated here, they will be restricted or preferred.

I may be only wishing out loud, but maybe, just maybe, this will turn out alright. Not likely, but hopefully.

Will HiTech do the same?
