Except for the guys bragging about buying recently in the $1.40's when that was a great "buying opportunity".

Here's the thing, when a stock is down for years, it's not a "buying opportunity". A real "buying opportunity" happens when a well performing stock has a pullback. Sorry, PPHM doesn't qualify.
