I think so. Most likely Friday after hours IMO. They have to do something by the end of the fiscal quarter. And while I was hoping the cash infusion would come from a partner, it's apparent to me it's most likely coming from more dilution. So much for selling some ATM shares back when it was at $3. Ugh.
