What amazes me about being invested here is the premise that nothing that seems awkward should ever be questioned. In what business is blind faith the right method for accomplishing objectives? I keep hearing from folks on this board what Management is/is not doing. Would rather hear it from Management themselves. So far, there are three items that ticks me off as an investor.

1. Questionable timing of PR's that have no follow through such as day of Russell rebalance two years ago, and the bogus Ebola PR just before the ASM.

2. Slide 28 calling out near-term catalyst to build shareholder value...we are now 25% lower price than when SK made this statement.

3. Partnerships brought to fruition in a year.

Words have meaning. When Leadership of a company says these things in prepared remarks or written in slide presentations it creates expectations. If expectations are not met the market punishes via PPS. Since we are a developing biotech with no revenue aside from Avid we rely on PPS to be able to sustain our business. The lower the price, the greater risk to our business. Sorry guys, but these are blunders by our Management team that should be fixed. As an investor, these sound like reasonable challenges and not like "rowdy children".

Someone suggested it be a sticky note for ease of reference. These are a few of the discussed bullet points that are being questioned. Sure would like to have the company's explanation on these.
