I would guess YES that he does have something in hand. And further, YES, I would guess it only begins after FDA approval.
I also guess that Andy really does not like being a public company and that is why a stock buy back would be likely. The family could buy back shares then live very nicely on the BIEL royalties from a license deal.
IMHO only.

Don't listen to me though...I'm a former convict in the Ihub jail! Does that give me any "street cred" I wonder? Lol.
