I continue to be surprised that anybody thinks SWET's going to enter into any PPAs. I've asked several times now and now one's given me any reason, much less a good reason, why anyone would enter into an agreement for power from an insolvent company proposing to build a mammoth, first of its kind, generation facility for which it's performed zero, nada, nilch, real world testing.

Would someone please explain that to me? Please?
