True, but neither can Google or Apple. No one can ever state they'll never do a R/S.

Correct. LBSR may have hundreds of billions in the ground which can economically be exploited, thereby making it's shareholders millionaires, or it may go bankrupt. If after weighing the risks you think it's the latter, then don't invest. Problem solved.
