Read the stories that were provided. Plenty of proof there. They only pay when they change the rules ex post facto, and then they only get back what they invested. Companies that get permits denied get.........nothing. This is a common occurrence in B.C., and if they paid every company that had a permit denied, they would be paying out millions more than they take in from mining tax revenue.
