While I would definitely agree there are things that could have been done differently... A rear view mirror is always easiest to establish a perspective on.

Sometimes I think you are forgetting this is a business of IP and iterative product development looking for solutions to Cancer. There are many companies that have spent a long time looking for these answers.

This company is one breakthrough away technically from being more than a hero (and I would argue has the platform now to be more than a hero and definitely has the IP to do it) and with it you will understand why iterative development and its leadership is not like comparing leadership to that of the CEO of Pepsi.

A new CEO quite possibly is required but that would be dependent on a whole bunch of things, not the simple rear view perspective you convey.

Time will tell the tale but your view is exaggerated and reflects the view from a rear view mirror which most CEO's don't have the opportunity to initially work through.

I actually think you have forgotten what you are invested in and what this business does for a living.
