Hill does not give a shit about the PPS. It is irrelevant whether it is high of low.

He sells shares to private placement / convertible debt VC.

He gets millions in cash and uses the ticker as a front to do it.

The app is the same as hundreds, but people can see it so he hypes it as something special.

Traders see an actual thing and assume his lies are real.

I have seen this a thousand times.

Just a share selling SCAM.
