Judge timeline

There are no requirements. The judge can rule whenever they want to. The only problem a judge could have with a long delay (like more than a year) on a ruling like this, is that maybe someday, when they are up for an appointment, they might get passed over if they have a reputation for very long timelines, but I have never heard of it happening.
