IMO DM filed for a 4B increase to the A/S in Feb 2014 and got the ok in AUG. or Sept. A/S went from 5B to 9B. In between, all the Suzie Q crap where DM tried to screw Jessica in more ways than one. First he broke the agreement to pay Jessica 80k for consulting fees. Second he broke the agreement to pay her a monthly service fee. By the end of Aug. Jessica knew she had been screwed. PMCM did not take over the lease to the building where Suzie's was located and Jessica just wanted them gone by Oct.31 Then comes the delivery company and a fake lolly-pop company probably just created to sell the hype that PMCM was getting involved in cannabis. Not to mention the CanMed BS that never happened either. Then the Iggy crap, does it ever end. Price tanks to nothing for months and goes to no bid two days after filing for a R/S. I'm sure you see a pattern here?
