If there is a glimmer of hope, generally when a CFO resigns to "pursue other interests," that is bad news but according to Fishbaugh,in his resignation letter to Kaplan, he states that he apparently had already landed a position with another company.
We can speculate all we want, but I'm sure we will be learning more shortly.
