As for the California case, DFMI won that case and got a default judgment against tmm and confirmed ownership of the VDK 2.0 Codec. Read the settlement agreement, it clearly says Simpson had to turn over EVERY COPY OR ORIGINAL of the codec to DFMI. There were no stipulations or qualifiers on that he had to turn over all of it and swore in writing that he did.
Then somehow he has suddenly copies to peddle to tmm years later. Yes, I know he claims DFMI owed him money but the court ordered audit to determine that is also on file that shows he is the one who embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from the DFMI investors!
These are all indisputable facts backed up by the contracts, court docs and witnesses. All are daggers in tmm's case.
