V Group, Inc. has been diligently working with its incubation partner, Fernhill Beverage, to bring the producer of Roadkill drinks to the public market. We are proud to announce that the intensive process is nearing its conclusion. The dates and terms will be announced in the coming weeks.

As stated in past releases; it is the Company's intention to incubate, launch and grow as many as seven diverse companies over the next five years. The Company is excited to announce the second such incubation partner has been identified. Incubation project #2 will be the launch of a chain of "themed" haircutter's aimed at the young and active. V Group, Inc., along with its new partner will be on track to open the pilot store in the second half of 2015 with tentative plans for franchise expansion early 2016. "This is a multi-billion dollar industry which nearly every person utilizes. It fits our incubation model perfectly. It has the added bonus of supplying the beverage companies with multiple outlets in which to showcase their products. V Group, Inc. will be conducting an open forum conference call Wednesday, January 28th, 2015. The call will be hosted by President and CEO Lawrence "Buzzy" Twombly. The call will start at 10:00 am West Coast time. Subjects will be the status of current incubation projects, future incubation projects, Roadkill production and launch as well as year-end figures and projections for 2015 and beyond.
