The same can be said for the other side, however thinking it hasn't been submitted requires throwing out the most recent update.

BTW I don't recal stating that it's a fact it has been submitted. I simply said the FACTS, at hand, show that it has been submitted as it clearly states in the last update.

Nobody can deny that it's more likely it has been submitted than not.

The story is that it hasn't been submitted is based on nothing but pure speculation.

This is all very silly as it has zero to do with anything at the moment as Fraser couldn't be mined until spring anyway. However I maintain that the relevant facts at hand point to the HIA having been submitted. I also maintain that the submission of the HIA wouldn't require stand alone PR but may or may not be added into news that does require a PR.

Another bit of nonsense making its rounds is that NBRI will not say if the Fraser is permitted or not. This is hogwash and obviously isn't true. NBRI has given the bitter truth on every occasion when the news was bad.
