heavy debt, dilution being the likely answer. Total liabilities more than twice total equity.

down about 72% over the last 6 months. Still way over-priced at 3.9 mil. Essentially now volume.

It's just drifting down back to the trips from which it came. Just waiting for the eventual R/S, name change and new business plan. You know. Normal pinky crap.
