Paulness as I mentioned before to you that it states in the 8K dated 9/25/14 that he "previously member of the board directors of MSGI Security Solutions". The Bloomberg information is only as good for MSGi as the filings they have made. Obviously they haven't made any that discuss who is still part of MSGi. If you look at it further you see that JB is still Chairman and CEO, and we know that not to be the case, right? The Bloomberg information isn't accurate.
