Apple leads Nasdaq futures higher

Dow and S&P 500 futures are flat, but Nasdaq 100 (NASDAQ:QQQ) futures are up 0.9% behind Apple's 7.1% premarket gain post-earnings.

The 10-year Treasury yield is down two basis points to 1.80%, gold is flat, and oil is lower by $1 per barrel to $45.44.
