I've come to learn the hard way that these public speaking engagements are not only a place for Gerald to get the word out about AMBS, but to also promote the selling of more cheap shares, while diluting the float simultaneously. How does one expect the pps to rise - so that no RS will be needed when selling more cheap shares?
