I completely understand that toxic financing/reverse split cycle for most OTC Pinks.

I am just pointing out that if he doubled the A/S to 20 billion and sold all of those shares at only 0.0002, that is 2 million dollars. If the bid continues to absorb more shares, there is no reason (from Conboy's point of view) not to take advantage of it by running up the A/S (and then the O/S) even higher.

He get still do a R/S later once the bidders get tired of buying yet more shares and interest in buying drops to a no bid scenario.
