Incorrect in two ways:

1. They WERE house in Western Difersified.

2. Now they are housed.. nowhere (out of business, licenses closed off, delisted, lost transfer agent, CEO is in hiding, Lumb is hiding in the UK, Ron is hiding in South Africa, Nevada licenses closed, shell is abandoned).. i.e.: THERE ARE NO SHARES IN EXISTANT. They no longer have liability.

All that exists is a place to talk about what happened.
