So in your examples there is nothing mentioning any payment based on the minerials on a property.



I have no problems reading an article or technical report so here you go:

The province announced Wednesday it will pay $30 million plus legal costs to Vancouver-based Boss Power Corp. "to compensate for the economic value" of its Blizzard uranium deposit near Kelowna.

Economic value anybody?

The second one is even more evident. The co staked and filed applications to do exploration work. They didn't even have a well-defined mineral reserve in the ground BUT GOT $30 Mill from the government!

Haha! Now you realize that NBRI has all permits in place for the Fraser placer op AND the MINING PERMITS issued by the govt! Well if they back up based on some wild claims then THEY WOULD PAY BIG TIME! I have zero doubt about that!
