Interestingly, I found myself in Target today and decided to visit the camera department. I noticed the standard barcodes (they were not 2D) being used on the display items appeared unique to the UPC symbologies typically found.

I took a number of tries at scanning and NONE of them worked. This poses a new problem for us. This appears to me as a blatant strategy by the brick and mortar establishments to combat the use of barcode scanners.

Many retail stores are petrified of barcode scanners since consumers will utilize their stores to view and scan merchandise, and then purchase the product from the least expensive source.

In short, this stands to reduce Neom's value (of course, thus far there has been NO value!).
