not to mention that he chose to increase the a/s and not do a r/s bc that would've hurt us...i'm not sure if my messages influenced him but I expressed that to him many months ago. (don't even get me started on the ppl who don't understand a/s increases and r/s's)




1. a r/s without any convertible debt is not at all bad and often good

2. a/s increase means nothing.....follow the o/s, that matters big time

3. at the current pps, an a/s increase to 4B 5B or even 6B...wouldn't prevent a 10-fold profit anyway (assuming you bought here and assuming gsl works) (also, I don't think we ever see over 4B)
