am I reading all this correctly? in addition to his penchant for issuing press releases that conveniently look like they are company-authorized rather than his personal musings, did PVM really file a 14C on his own?

what crack legal advisers is PVM using? does Q's brother do legal work or is PVM simply using all of the skills he developed when he pretended to be a lawyer?
