I am sure everything that EPGL has said is true, so there is no room for a lawsuit. OTOH, it should be a big red flag when they say "we have executed an agreement with Intel", but don't talk to Intel about it. Intel has said nothing about this agreement, so it is small enough Intel doesn't really care about it.

Per your advice I did google "executed agreement" and found it means that there was an agreement, and it is now complete with no residual left. IOW, the project (whatever it was) is now over. So, there is a fair amount of evidence that whatever this was, it was quite small.

The only product EPGL currently has is several years old, and comes from their previous incarnation (digital health sciences). It appears the revenue stream from that product is not sufficient to sustain the company. Will future products be able to do that?
