It's never a good idea to buy a Grey Market stock charged with Securities Fraud and one that is about to be revoked for failure to comply with SEC to submit the years worth of filings that TECO is delinquent in and has been Suspended for.
Would be no way to ever sell them with the very limited volume and for sure when revoked...
