First step would be an audit and to start filing with sec. Then they might want to restructure which could mean an RS but being that ceo just said he wasn't going to I don't see it happening anytime soon. FINRA has had most of these trips on lock down lately so IMO they filed for a name change and FINRA said not until an audit.



This is just my opinion. I own very few shares here.
