As CEO she is ultimately responsible. You can't make the argument that since she included other people on the email she can delete them. Let's say it was 10K emails. I have that many in my yahoo account, it's not like storing them is an issue.

They don't need to present the email she gave, they just need to present pertinent ones that she didn't provide. Apparently there are emails of critical nature that were not turned over. if she deleted them intentionally or under the assumption that this was an acceptable practice if others were on the correspondence then she is in trouble.

Deb Oshea was on some of those emails, but she left a long time ago, under Cynthia's argument who was still CEO, she didn't need to save those because Deb was on the email. That's not a valid argument.

The day-time soap opera continues with each court filing.
