DrKaz: You may state that The old equipment (the equipment they have successfully scaled up to at least 200 g batches in already) is reportedly being moved into the Shelton plant currently and will almost certainly be running before the end of the current quarter. That's why I state categorically that:
the production for BASi is going to start quite soon.

But the company states something very different.

From the recent PR:
"The next phase of the toxicology package studies will involve larger animals, and will require much larger quantities of the drug candidate. The Company is in the process of commissioning operations at the new 1 Controls Drive, Shelton, CT facility in order to perform the scale up studies needed for making the large quantities of materials in a controlled manner."

Can't be much clearer that they are going to do the manufacturing of these required larger quantities at the new facility AFTER COMPLETING SCALE UP!

To construe this to mean that they are moving the old equipment in and will be using it to make 200g batches for Tox defies common sense and FACT as specifically referenced by the company in their PR.

Now if the claim is that we can't believe a word these guys say and therefore the PR should not be used as a basis of fact, then we are inn agreement.

What I am sorry about is the obvious and truly sad manner that hope and desire is being put ahead of facts, common sense and history.

But keep dreaming, otherwise all you'll have is the nightmare of reality.
