And anyone who pooh-poohs the fact that many of his recruits at one time worked at Traffic Marketplace knows nothing about the valuable experience they gained there which subsequently lead to prominent positions in many different and well-respected ad tech companies. I doubt that any of them would have left those positions if Mr. Shareef hadn't convinced them of the potential at Adaptive, and apparently they had no issues working for him.
