I think the evidence they provided to make the claim that not all emails were turned over was a Viropro related correspondence with Cynthia, Bruce provided it but CT didn't have that as part of her group of emails. It should be at least a one to one match, the Plantiff should not be able to produce emails that are not on Cynthia's list. If they can, then by default not everything was turned over.
