The point of the exercise is to:

1. Establish that there are other RCC Holdings Inc./Corp not related to the public company RCC Holdings Corp.
2. That there is no RCCH Inc. active or in good standing, so it is unclear what Rhine means when he/she says we own RCCH Inc.
