IF Baltia ever gets certified, you can indubitably expect a momentous jump in the price. Let's look at it this way: If back in 2007 the price reached 14 cents as a result of hypes alone, obviously 28 cents can be expected on the very first post-certification week. Again, that is If and only IF BLTA ever gets certified.
Keep in mind: IF Baltia receives its certification, it will be the 4th carrier to obtain the right to fly directly between the US and Mother Russia. More interestingly, BLTA will be the only carrier flying directly from NY to St Petersburg.
Also, since BLTA has been the laughing stock among its competitors from the day of its very inception a half-century ago, the world will stop to congratulate BLTA (America's Oldest Newest Airlines)IF it ever gets certified. It will be equivalent to Lela Burden, the 111-year-old woman in Virginia, who received her high school diploma last June. BLTA will be on every American's lips, IF it does receives its certification. BLTA will be an exact paragon of determination, if it ever does receive FAA's blessings.
Furthermore, just 3 years from now we will have another WORLD CUP. Where? Mother Russia! St. Petersburg & Moscow. Here, we are talking about a tsunami of money. But again, BLTA would have to be certified by then in order to partake of this opulent market.
Lombardi's wholesome words are dear to BLTA. True, "The greatest accomplishment is not in never falling, but in rising again after you fall." However, BLTA is NOT in a hurry. It could be this year. It could be next year. It could be never. Yes, BLTA is very, very close. But being "close" does not count. "Almost" does not matter. We can only hope to live to see the day.
