No broker that I know will take an order to buy shares of any company at below 0.0001 from a retail buyer. So, as it is now, you can't. You will never see a bid shown at below 0.0001 while current conditions prevail.

Whatever I post after 8:00 PM EST don't take it seriously because the Vodka may be running thru my arteries...!!
