Well, after some research, uspr acquired the concession rights to 37,000 acres from the government of Mexico. After that they need to get the right to access the surface of those acres from the owner.

As of now, uspr has the right to access 3,001 acres of the 37,000 acres they have the concession for. That's 8% of the land.

So what is 8% of billions and billions of the gold that uspr has yet to prove it has. And why spend however much money doing satellite imaging on the entire 37,000 acres if you don't yet have the right to access those acres.
