Extreme Biodiesel today announced that the Company and it's counsel are currently interviewing several auditors in order to pursue the filing of an S1 registration statement.

This registration statement will enable Extreme Biodiesel Inc. to once again regain fully reporting status with the goal of rejoining the OTCQB.
