I read your post many times. Not caring about what RCC Consultants says about the RCC Holdings INC deal does not change it. You read it but apparently don't want to consider what it means. OK

and the following statement of yours

global lock Cusip # returns; RCC HOLDINGS CORP

does not mean anything in regard to RCC Consultants. You are assuming that there can be only ONE RCC HOLDINGS INC. That would be a mistake. There is NO reference in SEC doc that has ANYTHING to do with RCC Consultants or its owners RCC HOLDING INC. It is a different INC than the one SEC was referencing. People at RCC Consultants confirmed that.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
