When the company discoses the SEC has now opened a widenened ivestigation into the securities fraud that got them suspended, I would take that as an indication that the company did indeed rip-off investors royally.

And yes, this is pretty much a dead ticker...no revenues at all, no sales (confirmed by the company financials), and company basically now afraid to issue any press releases.

Still awaiting SEC and/or criminal charges, but that could take a year or more.
