SO MOBO AGREED TO A MILLION DOLLARS FOR NOTHING?

No one has any CONFIRMATION of that, MOBO hasn't posted any PR or an 8K to confirm, share price hasn't budged above .15 WHY NOT?

Is Andy lying, could very well be, pennies do it all the time, everyone says how nice Andy is, SO WHAT??? it's NOT NICE when he allows dilution to the point of NO BID,

perhaps he watched how the Grinch stole Christmas, as he (the Grinch) SMILED and so NICELY said to little Cindy Lu Who, and said he was taking the tree to fix a light bulb. Ha... This could very well be a FARCE
