When the tech jells and ENTB's products/procedures become marketable, yes. Until then it is survival that counts. Share structure at this point is only a reflection of that, not what the management/scientists see as their end product.

The share structure will change over time for a successful business and at some point settle in on a 'normal' A/S, O/S and float basis investors see on the DOW for example. In the mean time, buyer beware. R/Ss run their course. PPSs trend down as O/S skyrockets. You have to play on spikes and valleys to capture profit and restock. On and on over who knows how long.
