Sam - I don't believe there is any specific date. What I am looking for is a timetable that gets everything back up to date for the current fiscal year. With that in mind, if the audit begins next month as I expect it to, then we should expect at least the las two years of 10k's to be produced and then the current year 10k. I don't know if the SEC will have them provide quarterly reports or not. The wouldn't have any real value to anyone though considering all of the past events and any forward qui dance would be pointless.
